Real Estate needs

How Jill can help you buy or sell a home.

I am a full service, full time real estate agent, who loves studying statistics and trends in Tucson real estate.  And in spending the time to know the Tucson market, I know that it helps me to serve my clients better.  Knowing the market is the key to being a successful real estate agent.  If you're PCSing to Davis Monthan AFB, or Tucson Air National Guard, or moving here for any other reason, I would love to show you beautiful Tucson.  I have an amazing team of professionals behind me to help any real estate transaction go smooth.  Please refer to the "buyers and sellers" page for specifics on the services I offer.

Five Characteristics that make a good Realtor:

The first is the availability of the Realtor.  I believe a Realtor should be available at all times.   I am available for you 24/7, even while on holidays, and vacations... and I always return phone calls within 4 hours.  One of my best qualities is that I do not procrastinate.  I like to get things done immediately.

The second characteristic that I believe makes a good Realtor is personality.  We all have different personalities, and I believe people enjoy being around Realtors who are optimistic and outgoing.  I always try to make the home search and transaction stress free and even enjoyable.

I believe a Realtor must have attention to detail skills.  If an agent doesn't keep track of time lines, then the client could suffer.  According to the purchase contract, there are up to 8 ways that a buyer can cancel the contract.  It is imperative that an agent makes sure that time lines are watched closely when representing the seller or buyer.

I believe an agent MUST know their market.  I love studying statistics and I believe knowing the market trends makes me a better Realtor.  As a real estate investor myself, my goal is not only to help you find or sell your home, but also to make a good investment.

Lastly, I believe an agent should be honest.  Unfortunately, we're in a down market.  Homes simply don't sell for top dollar anymore.  I will always be honest with my clients as to how much they can get for their home, based on FACTS and STATISTICS, not simply an opinion.

About Jill...

Born and raised in Texas, I met my husband of 14 years in Colorado Springs after graduating from Abilene Christian University in 1994.  Throughout the first 8 years of marriage my primary duty was to support my husband as an Air Force Officer and Fighter Pilot.  Having a degree in Elementary Education, I spent two years after returning from an overseas tour teaching 3rd grade.  Combined with our real estate investments and Brian's separation from Active Duty to join the Air National Guard full time, I decided to pursue Real Estate as a career.  Brian and I have been stationed at Vance AFB, Oklahoma, Luke AFB, Arizona (twice), Misawa AB, Japan, and we have been settled in Tucson for 6 years.

Our interests away from Real Estate...

Brian and I have many interests, too many in fact, but our interests have always been in outdoor sports.  While in college, we were both avid bicycle racers, in Japan, regular rock climbers and hikers, and when we returned to the States we began competing in cycling and triathlon events again. Brian and I both advanced to the elite status in our sports.  Brian was an elite triathlete for several years before being involved in a serious mountain bike accident which left him unable to run.  I am a former elite mountain bike racer and was ranked 7th in the country in 2007 as a Cat 1 racer.  Due to several injuries, currently I primarily ride for recreation.  Brian now owns and operates Grasky Endurance Coaching, a Triathlon coaching company here in Tucson, as well as flies for the ANG.
