

I understand that purchasing a home is a very stressful and important decision, not to mention time consuming. Below are several services that I offer that help to take the pressure off of my clients.
Buyers
1. Property Search-- I search local listings daily to find the home that fits your criteria. I will then call or email you with the property information.
2. Property Preview-- Once we’ve spent some time together and I have an understanding of your desires, I will preview properties for you. I understand that people are very busy these days, so I will try to narrow the options for you.
3. Personal Attention-- I am available for you, in accordance with your schedule. I’m easy to reach by phone or email.
4. Flexibility: My schedule is very flexible and I will work the showings to meet your schedule. I work 24/7. Even when I'm on vacation, I will be searching for properties, and if you would like to see a property while I'm on vacation, I will have a buddy-agent show the property.
5. Vendors-- During the home-buying process, you may need outside vendors, such as inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. I have a list of people who I know and trust that I can recommend. You are not required to use these vendors however.
6. Knowledge-- Paperwork and more paperwork are the facts of any legal transaction. I will help educate you on the home-buying process and be available to address any of your questions or concerns.

Sellers
I wish I could say it's also a sellers market, but at this current time, it's more of a buyer's market. With that being said, it is still possible to sell your home! Below are some services that I offer that can help your home sell faster.
