Buyers

I understand that purchasing a home is a very stressful and important decision, not to mention time consuming.  Below are several services that I offer that help to take the pressure off of my clients.

1.       Property Search-- I search local listings daily to find the home that fits your criteria.  I will then call or email you with the property information.

2.       Property Preview-- Once we’ve spent some time together and I have an understanding of your desires, I will preview properties for you.  I understand that people are very busy these days, so I will try to narrow the options for you.

3.      Personal Attention-- I am available for you, in accordance with your schedule.  I’m easy to reach by phone or email.

4.       Flexibility:  My schedule is very flexible and I will work the showings to meet your schedule.  I work 24/7.  Even when I'm on vacation, I will be searching for properties, and if you would like to see a property while I'm on vacation, I will have a buddy-agent show the property.

5.       Vendors-- During the home-buying process, you may need outside vendors, such as inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc.  I have a list of people who I know and trust that I can recommend.  You are not required to use these vendors however.

6.       Knowledge--  Paperwork and more paperwork are the facts of any legal transaction.  I will help educate you on the home-buying process and be available to address any of your questions or concerns.

Sellers

I wish I could say it's also a sellers market, but at this current time, it's more of a buyer's market.  With that being said, it is still possible to sell your home!  Below are some services that I offer that can help your home sell faster.

  1. Advice on staging your home for viewing-- I will come to your home and advise you on paint colors and other tips for making your home exceed your competition. 
  2. Previewing the Competition-- I will spend the time to preview the competition within close proximity to your home.  I will also research the homes that have recently sold in your area.  It's important to not price homes solely based on square footage, but to also take into consideration other features of the home.
  3. Photos & Virtual Tours-- Almost every listing in MLS has photos.  Our MLS currently allows 25 pictures.  I will always post as many photos as possible in order to increase the buyer's interest.  I will also make a virtual tour of your listing.  Click HERE for a virtual tour example.  
  4. Open Houses--  Holding a home open is a good way to expose the property to the public.  I will, at the owner's request, hold the home open myself, or find another Tierra Antigua agent to hold the home open.
  5.  Feedback--  After every showing I email the agent and will provide feedback to you.  We will discuss any improvements that can be made to the home and/or discuss a possible price decrease.
  6. Massive Internet Marketing--  At Tierra Antigua, the minute your listing goes onto MLS, it automatically goes onto 30 other websites, giving your property maximum exposure.
