Central Tucson is an area with many historical districts! If you like older homes with tons of charm and character, Central Tucson may be the area for you. Sam Hughes Historic Neighborhood, where every home has its own personality, is minutes from the University of Arizona and is one of my favorite neighborhoods. Reid Park, also minutes from the UA, is a 160 acre park consisting of 2, 18 hole golf courses, a paved running trail, and a zoo.
