Northeastern Tucson is one of my favorite areas in town. This area is a little more rural than other parts of Tucson with most lots being quite large, and most homes being a little older. Snuggled tightly against the base of Mt. Lemmon this is an ideal area for people to live who are into cycling, hiking, or people who just want to have the "feel" of country living, without having too long of a commute into town. The school districts serving the northeast area of Tucson are Tanque Verde School District and Tucson Unified School District.
